The New York selection of Specialty and Surprise Cocktails has been maticulously created by Master Mixologist Jason Mendenhall.
Our Surprise Cocktails begin with a fresh fruit base, and are an excellent introduction to the experience you will encounter in the dark room.
Surprise Cocktails are $12 with alcohol or $7 without alcohol.

The Lounge at Dans le Noir ? is proud to offer a Full Bar, stocked with an exciting and unexpected selection of spirits that have been chosen to enhance the overall Dans le Noir ? experience.
From special French Craft Beers like Pietra and Jenlain; a premium rail featuring Finlandia Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Mount Gay Rum, and Bulleit Bourbon; a shelf featuring an unusually delicious Tanteo Cocoa Tequila or a frisky Peruvian Pisco Porton; to a large selection of Fine and Vintage Champagnes; we strive to challenge and reward all the senses!
Our wines are carefully selected by Christophe Garnier who is an expert in oenology. Christophe Garnier is located in Tours (France), and has been there since 1987. Christophe Garnier Selection (CGS) selects and distributes wine in both France and abroad. The wine consists of a wide range of selection from the Loire, as well as from owners of the best wines from other regions, such as the Champagne Ruinart.
Moreover, as a trainer in oenology, Garnier organizes and hosts evenings of tastings at the request of producers, restaurateurs and businesses. He also trains Dans le Noir ? employees.
Finally, since the beginning of the century (2000) Christophe Garnier has produced his own wine "Domaine de la Croule" (3 ha) in the village of Azay le Rideau (Indre-et-Loire).
